Terms of Jenkins Bakery Loyalty Scheme

1. Membership

  1. Customers may join the loyalty scheme by:
    • Scanning the official loyalty QR code; or
    • Receiving a physical loyalty fob containing a QR code.
  2. Customers must present their QR code or QR fob at the time of purchase in order to collect stamps or redeem rewards.

2. How to Collect Stamps

  1. Stamps are collected by scanning your QR code at the in-store scanner during purchase.
  2. The system will automatically recognise qualifying products and apply the correct stamp(s).
  3. Stamps can only be collected on eligible products listed below.
  4. One qualifying product purchased equals one stamp in the relevant category.
  5. Stamps cannot be transferred between categories.
  6. Multiple stamps may be collected in a single transaction where more than one eligible product is purchased across the qualifying ranges. Each qualifying item purchased will receive its own stamp within the relevant category.

3. Eligible Products & Rewards

Bread Loyalty

Collect 10 stamps and receive 1 free eligible bread item on your 11th qualifying purchase.

Eligible products include:

  • All SMALL loaves- including small anniversary

Coffee Loyalty

Collect 10 stamps and receive 1 free hot drink on your 11th qualifying purchase.

Eligible products:

  • All hot drinks

Please note flavoured syrups are charged separate to ensure the hot drink is a redeemable product.

Savouries Loyalty

Collect 10 stamps and receive 1 free eligible savoury item on your 11th qualifying purchase.

Eligible products include:

  • Selected Large savouries

Excluded products: Large Corned Beef, Mince beef pies, Cornish Pasty, Steak & Ale Pie

Cakes Loyalty

Collect 10 stamps and receive 1 free eligible cake item on your 11th qualifying purchase.

Eligible products include:

  • Selected cream cakes
  • F/C Doughnut
  • Éclair
  • Strawberry Eclair
  • Crème Pat Doughnut
  • Trifle
  • Manchester Tart
  • Scone
  • Strawberry Crème Tart
  • Condie
  • Apple Turnover
  • Custard Slice

4. Reward Redemption

  1. Rewards must be redeemed within the same category in which the stamps were collected.

Example:

  1. 10 Bread stamps = 1 free Bread item only.
  2. Example: Bread stamps cannot be exchanged for a Savoury, Coffee, or Cake reward.
  3. Once a reward has been redeemed, the stamp balance for that category will reset to zero.
  4. Free items are limited to products included within the qualifying category.
  5. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
  6. Rewards are subject to availability. If you are due to collect a free item within a category and it is out of stock, the reward may be redeemed on your next visit, or another eligible product within the same category may be selected instead.
  7. Loyalty scheme is only in conjunction with the Sandwich/Wrap/Softee/Baguette and Brunch Meal deals. Free item will ONLY apply if a hot drink is chosen as part of the meal deal. 10 meals deal with a HOT drink will need to be purchased to redeem a free product.

5. General Conditions

  1. The business reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time without prior notice.
  2. Lost or damaged physical fob cards may be replaced by purchasing another fob card for 50p.  Please note associated stamps may be lost with lost/damaged fob card.
  3. Staff reserve the right to refuse stamps or rewards where the terms of the scheme have not been met.
  4. For assistance with the loyalty scheme, please speak to a member of staff.
